Hey guys,

So we’ve been listening to a bunch of calls, and we think we may have picked up one thing that Brady seems to be doing very consistently that I don’t think many others are doing as much…

When we’re fully-booked or it’s during a time where we have no availability…

Brady uses the ASAP stuff. He’s super consistent about it.

“I have an opening between 12 and 3 tomorrow, does that work for you?”

“Oh, I was hoping for someone sooner.”

“No problem. What I’ll do is I’ll put you on our ASAP list. We’re careful not to overlook our plumbers to ensure we can make all our appointments. But if things go how they’re supposed to, our plumbers are usually looking for extra work. So tomorrow between 12 and 3 will be your guaranteed time window, but if and when one of our guys is looking for more work, you’ll be on the ASAP list to call!”

Or something along those lines.

We want to see more “ASAP”‘s in the schedule.
