Here’s some stats for July.
Sydney won the highest conversion rate with 38.33%.
The conversion rates are as follows:

Kelly Adams and Dan took far more calls than everyone else.

Kelly Adams smoked everyone for $25 camera inspections sold, with 97.

To answer a question I’m sure many of you are wondering…
In spite of the poor performance of the plumbers adhering to the promotional camera inspection process, I’m still paying you guys out for everything that was documented.
Going forward, I will only pay out for the promotional cameras if the steps I outlined yesterday are followed. However, I hadn’t made the procedure this clear prior to now. So I won’t punish you guys for that.
Please make sure you follow these steps.
Additionally, I want to remind you guys about the 10% loyalty promotion. I feel like everyone has fallen off the bandwagon with this. I haven’t done call listening, but I intend to start doing call listening again when I return from my holiday.
