New SOP For Quality Assurance

Hey gang,

So, it turns out that putting the Call Out Fee or Quote Fee in the line items only works if you add the line items through the job – NOT through the invoice.

Weird.

Anyway, New SOP!

Instead, when making the invoice, there is a section near the top that says “Should Quality Assurance Follow Up?”

It’s important to note that this defaults to ‘Yes’!

So, if you think that we should not follow up with them for one reason or another, it’s important that you select No. 

Otherwise, we’re reaching out.
