Turn off the water supply and disconnect the existing toilet.
Remove and dispose of the old wax ring and water supply line, and clean and prep the flange area for installation.
Install a customer-supplied one-piece skirted toilet, carefully aligning and securing it using the appropriate skirted mounting hardware.
Replace the existing shut-off valve with a new quarter-turn isolation valve for long-term reliability and easier future servicing.
Install a CSA-approved non-electric bidet seat, such as the American Standard AquaWash or a comparable model, with a secure T-valve connection to the cold water supply.
Install a new wax ring and water supply line, reconnect all fittings, and test for proper function and leak-free performance from both the toilet and bidet seat.
Toilet disposal not included, but we’ll gladly carry the old toilet to the curb at no charge if needed.
