Turn off the water supply and disconnect the existing toilet.
Remove the old toilet, wax ring, and water supply line, and clean and prep the flange area for installation.
Supply and install a JTP-selected standard height toilet, available in round or elongated configurations.
Replace the existing shut-off valve with a new quarter-turn isolation valve for improved reliability and ease of future maintenance.
Install a new CSA-approved non-electric bidet seat, such as the American Standard AquaWash or a comparable model, including a secure connection to the cold water line with appropriate T-valve fittings.
Install a new wax ring and water supply line, secure the toilet to the flange, and reconnect the water supply.
Test for proper flushing, bidet operation, and all connections for leaks.
Toilet disposal not included, but we will carry the old toilet to the curb at no charge if needed.
