Install a customer-supplied comfort height, elongated toilet, designed for improved accessibility and comfort.
Remove and replace the existing shut-off valve with a new quarter-turn isolation valve for better long-term reliability and water control.
Install a new wax ring and water supply line, secure the toilet to the flange, and reconnect the water supply.
Test for proper flushing, sealing, and leak-free performance.
Toilet disposal not included, but we’re happy to carry the old toilet to the curb at no charge if requested.
