Turn off the water supply and disconnect the existing toilet.
Remove and dispose of the old wax ring and water supply line, and clean and prep the flange area for installation.
Install a customer-supplied comfort height, elongated toilet, offering enhanced comfort and accessibility.
Replace the existing shut-off valve with a new quarter-turn isolation valve for improved reliability and ease of future maintenance.
Install a CSA-approved non-electric bidet seat, such as the American Standard AquaWash or a comparable model, using secure fittings and a T-valve connection to the cold water supply.
Install a new wax ring and water supply line, secure the toilet to the flange, and reconnect all water connections.
Test for proper toilet function, secure seat fit, and bidet operation with leak-free performance.
Toilet disposal not included, but we’ll gladly carry the old toilet to the curb at no charge if needed.
